Yovana was diagnosed with Myelomeningocele. In 2007 Penasco Children’s Foundation provided the necessary monies for surgery and transportation. Yovana is now twenty years old she is healthy even though she is not able to walk without assistance.

helped us when everyone else closed the door, thanks to him, we make
therapeutics, pay for medicines and to pay travel expenses for my daughter
because she is unable to walk far without help, without you I do not know
where we were both, “said the mother of the girl.
